RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
jctla RETURN POLICY
At jctla, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please read our return policy below for more details:
Free Exchanges and Shipping:
- jctla does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
- jctla does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
- We offer free exchanges, and we cover the shipping cost for the exchange of the item(s).
- Once we receive your shipment, your return or exchange will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.
Returns for Money Back Refund:
- jctla does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
- Products must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, and must have the original cases/boxes. No exceptions.
- If the item shows any signs of wear, a money back refund will not be provided, and you will be given store credit instead.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- jctla does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
- jctla covers the shipping cost for EXCHANGES located only in the UNITED STATES. Customers in countries outside of the USA are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Products must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, and should be returned in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept items covered in dust, workplace debris, scratches and items in used condition.
- All items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale," or those purchased during holidays, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange process, please contact us at returns@jct.la
Status of Your Return or Exchange: If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request through our online process, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Our team will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.
Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@jct.la and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing list. Once we confirm that you received the incorrect item/s, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 1-3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email hello@jct.la and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or send another product?)
- Photograph clearly showing the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future orders
