FAQS ABOUT ORDERS and DELIVERIES:

We have a team of amazing individuals who pick, pack, and ship each order by hand. Everyone on our small team will be helping ship orders around the clock to ensure orders get delivered timely.

Our goal is to have your order tracking number emailed to you within 1-2 business days of ordering.

If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing hello@jct.la with your order # in the subject line.

If your order doesn't update within 5-7 business days, there is most likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything please email us asap at hello@jct.la

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to returns@jct.la

FREE SHIPPING?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders in the United States. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

*European countries currently include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU), this means that duties and taxes will be charged to the customer by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs.  jctla does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
